King Towers

This property so called upgrade apartments and completely disregard the old appliances! A maintenance staffer mentioned that if new appliances are needed then the tenant would have to buy it his self. They still have windows without screens and it makes unsafe for young kids rooms and unusable in the summer because then you’ll let all the mosquitoes in. The laundry room needs some TLC and quality checks to ensure it’s constantly working. Poorly managed community!! The only bright spot is the maintenance man with the Locs. He’s always pleasant and seems to care about the work he does! Poorly managed community!

Bad management old building trash odor everyday, elevator out of service more often, no handicap access, laundry machined don't work properly most residents go 6 blocks to the nearest laoundrymat. Alarm system goes off very often for weeks and month's, infested with mosquitoes, need better management who respect residents confidentiality show professionalism and accuracy with out discrimination and bribes.

Staff has dodged the questions on repairs to the building such as the walls and elevators and especially the Air conditioning which the residents of king towers had received a while ago and yet we don’t have it yet going to be reporting this to the city today which is ridiculous I have to receiving a letter and still nothing that’s crazy

Management is horrible and lacks any level of care or decency.

Great place to live in ! I’ve been living here my whole life!
