My friend and I loved living here. From the first day we walked in to inquire about an apartment, the process was seamless. The team at this condominium is incredible: Tanya was incredibly helpful!! Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure everything is in order and is always very friendly. The cleaning lady keeps all the common areas spotless! The apartments and amenities are luxurious. The sunrise overlooking the lake is a spectacle every morning. An incredible place to live in an apartment.

My boyfriend and I moved into King Philip Lofts at the end of July, and even though the move happened pretty suddenly, it couldn’t have gone smoother. The movers had an easy time getting everything into our two bedroom, and once we were settled, it instantly felt like home. From the start, the staff made the whole process easier. Joyce gave us our tour and was so welcoming and informative — she really helped us picture ourselves living here. And during the apartment and pet application process, the front desk staff were saints. We must have called 20+ times with questions, but they were always patient, kind, and ready to help. The amenities are honestly great. The dog wash station has already saved us countless trips to the groomer, and the gym is a nice bonus when we want to squeeze in

I lived here for 6 months while I was in between houses. I haven't lived in an apartment in 25 years. This building is great. The apartment is very spacious and well designed. What really made the experience special was all the employees, they are truly the nicest most helpful people I've ever dealt with in any customer service situation. They are happy to answer all questions and will accommodate your needs. Front desk and maintenance they are all excellent. I want to start my own business and steal them. Thank you

My husband and I love living here. We signed the lease in February and from the first day that we came in to inquire about an apartment the process was flawless. The staff at this complex are amazing from Tanya, AJ, Kim and Joyce in the front office to Kevin and Mike in maintenance. They all go out of their way to make sure things are right and always so pleasant and cheerful. The cleaning gal keeps all the common areas sparkling! The very diverse group of tenants are all so friendly, even the pets make us smile! The apartments and amenities are outstanding. Amazing place to be for apartment living.

The staff, location, amenities and the apartment itself was amazing. We lived there on a short-term lease while we looked for our home. We love the new house but could have comfortably stayed at King Phillip long term.
