King George Apartments

Maintenance at King George is horrible. If you put in a work order request it can take over a month before they come and when they do come your going to wish you called another to double-check what the previous man did. Bugs coming from out the vents biting you while you sleep. The floors are so thin you can feel the people underneath you walking.In the picture below a tenant parks in-front of their personal parking space making it hard for others to pull out. Done got to the point I’m about ready to call a tow truck myself because I already know the leasing office will do nothing. Live here at your own risk.

Pot holes the size of impact craters. Maintenance takes forever to fix issues and when they do it's the shoddiest fixes and they go up on rent every year to pay for what exactly I have no idea. The maintenance ppl are nice enough though and I understand it probably just them working with what they got but still.... this place is a perfect example of corporate greed.

This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in neighbors from hell, the management never fixed anything ever. The leasing office was never there took forever to respond to emails. Also would not send pest control every month like we pay for. Especially when the apartment had a roach problem before we even moved in. Lied to us about what apartment we would be moving into and changed it two day before move in so it was too late to turn back. Also a crackhead that clearly lived in the neighborhood threatened my roommates life and the office did nothing about it.Do not move here you will literally hate it! Hopefully this new apartment management will do better

The apartments are not insulated well. The walls are paper thin if, you complain nothing gets addressed or done. In fact, you will be totally ignored. Moreover, the manager does not manage anything! She won’t return phone calls nor emails. Also, she is not Professional. If you have something that need to repaired! Good luck with that! Please do not move there!

Apartments are very roomy, I never saw bugs and the ladies in the office were nice enough. The second year I was there it was a hurricane passing and it flooded and cars got damaged other than it was really nice. Oh and you have to like stairs!
