Kim was very easy to work with in getting the house prepared and her professionalism she took in every aspect of selling the house. From the pictures and video she had done to putting the house on the market. The house sold in 2 days with full asking price which we were very pleased with. She stayed on top of everything to make sure the closing of the house was preformed to our likings. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is in need of a realtor.

Kim is amazing! Works around the clock for you, keeps you updated on all things, and even made a spreadsheet when showings of our home was happening because we had so many and were still living in the house at the time. Very organized and VERY KNOWLEDGABLE! And she has the best photographer! She sold our house in 28 hours and walked us through the process that was unfolding quickly.
