Any time there is an issue, a disconnect, or miscommunication, Kim and her team are always willing and able to come to a swift resolution that benefits all parties. Working with her this last year has been one of my better experiences with a rental company, by far. And I’ve been through a lot of them between multiple different states. Kim herself has proven time and time again that she is willing to get the job done, no matter what needs to happen, and doesn’t stop working just because the clock stuck 5pm.
