Don’t care about tenants needs. Won’t fix heat in a timely manner. Phone number does not work. And will not respond to emails.
Does anybody know how to get ahold of the groom School apartments because their phone number on Google is obviously not right
If there was a negative reviews I would definitely give it here..... it needs a constant patrols there, especially at night and weekends. The parties are really bad..... When I lived there I did without heat for 3 weeks and went 2 weeks and 17 days without heat and gave them moving notice because of it and they wouldn't even return my security deposit. They are crooks and liars.....
Worst NEW APT EVER.. dirty steps,hallways,STINKS IN HALLWAYS,,WINDOWS & bathrooms stay filthy trash everywhere in a new complex I think it s a SHAME that it's so bad so quickly need better MANAGEMENT.
