I moved in 2015 for the first few years it was okay clean the maintenance men were great the office manager Elijah was great starting 2020 the place started going down. Started to see bugs leaks all over from the lady upstairs.it kept getting worse now there is mold all over roach infestation from the neighbor the office people rude and they don’t seem to want to hold her responsible or fix the problem just put a band aid on it that doesn’t work for me o told them long ago someone living foul they kept putting me off like it didn’t matter I feel like my apartment is a trap house I wouldn’t stand and use the toilet.

I am disappointed that there are no meaningful amenities offered, especially considering that rent increases each year. There is no gym that residents can access outside of business hours, which is inconvenient for those who work during the day. The appliances have not been updated, and there is no actual park area with a basketball goal for older children to use. While there is a dog park, many residents do not have dogs, so that amenity does not benefit everyone. The one star is for the maintenance crew...they get me right every time...

**EDIT: I can confirm one of there recent 5 star reviews is from an employee as well. So add deceptive practices to the list of negatives** I write this to inform and it saddens me to do so. The recent bad reviews are not new to the apartment complex or (ML Property Group). Year 1: I had excitement to move to this apartment. It was greatly priced and spacious. I was placed on a waiting list in August. I was informed October I was off the waiting list and prepared myself for the move. I dropped my 30 day notice and prepared to move. 1 Week out from my moving team I called to verify anything I needed to do (like give a security and prorate rent). I was told by the manager that my apartment was given away because I did not pay security deposit up front (NONE OF THIS WAS MENTIONED BEFORE TH

Moving in was so easy! Ms Delarosa was kind, friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything situated for move in.

Decent and quiet homes just wish they put more effort into painting/cleaning. I had to hire a company to do a deep clean and they could barely do what was needed because maintenance painted over everything. There is flat paint in all rooms except the bathrooms. So far I replaced the shower head and door nobs in the kitchen.Little by little I will make this home for now . Nice area and my neighbors are very respectful Mrs Sylvia made my whole move easy and she's very helpful. She has great communication skills much better than where I moved from
