I hired KHS to do inspections on 3 separate houses. Neil was very professional, explained everything in great detail and helped me make one of the biggest decisions I have had to make in purchasing a home. Highly recommend Neil with KHS to anyone needing a home inspection.

Neil provides the most thorough inspection I have ever experienced in my many moves over the years. (8 in the last 14 years). He offers helpful tips and can put things in layman’s terms for me to understand what needs to be done. I like how things are categorized and prioritized on the report.
