Nicole was an awesome manager I never had any issues and she was always willing to help and work with me if I ever had to ask. All around good person.. the apartment wasn't the best but it was something. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the location and condition of the apartment.. I can only say good thing about Nicole Mora I highly recommend working with her if you're interested in one of her properties.

So like I've said before I've been living in this apartment complex for months as of last year not only have I had a leak in my wall they wouldn't fix for over a month but as of lately we have no hot water they want $400 a month in HOA fees but we get no service bunch of letters but nothing gets done. Our water heaters completely exploded not even a month after moving in it's been about 8 months of paying these fees we don't have hot water are plumbing and heating are completely destroyed. $200,000 in damages and no insurance not the kind of place I would want running my apartments.

Nicole at Keyway is great to work with! Every appointment i have set with them has been confirmed and on time which makes my day much easier. She has been happy to answer any questions I have and is easy to work with. I highly recommend Keyway Properties!
