Keystone Homes in Troy

I serve the local community with providing home loans and have worked with many clients with Keystone Homes in Troy for many years. I hear nothing be positive things from the clients building their homes. I highly recommend them. They make the process so easy and efficient for the buyers.

I’ve waited the entire lifecycle of buying a home through Keystone to provide my feedback. Overall my experience was extremely sub-par. I would not recommend using this home-builder due to the customer service aspect alone. Buying Stage (Rating-3 stars): Keystone is very responsive with returning calls and answering questions during this process. Overall they excel in this area mainly due to the incredible relator they use Scott Fogt. Scott was the shining star who did everything in his power to make the overall experience a positive. The owner/operator, was also involved and was knowledgeable and responsive to any questions asked through this process.
