He never rushed us, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt completely comfortable every step of the way. We truly appreciated his patience and professionalism. James Parsons, our NVR Loan Officer, has also been great. Communication has been clear and timely, which has made the financing process much less stressful. Building is set to begin this month. Me and my family just moved here from Windsor mill MD and was looking to purchase a new house. Stop in and made appointment with Michael. He made everything so easy it feels like we really didn't do nothing we went in in the middle of november and the house will be finished in the end of march.Very fast quick process.I will recommend anybody to go see michael he will set you straight this is my 4th house that I have purchased. This was the easiest purchase that I ever experience thanks Michael for making us so easy.
