Keystone Home Inspections

Horrible inspector. I've never seen such incompetence. This guy pointed out items that other professionals installed properly. For example, when you encapsulate a crawl space, you seal the ventilation to the outside so that the humid air doesn't enter. He marked this as a problem. I could list more but you get the point. It seems like he had a grudge or just wanted to find things to make it difficult. Avoid at all costs.

This was my first time buying a home. The experience I had with Keystone and Johnnie was by far exceeded my expectations!!! I work in a residential trade and the Professionalism and Personality of Johnnie not only made me feel confident in moving forward but also he was SOO THOROUGH that I know everything about my future home. He was friendly and I did not just feel like another customer he made me feel like I was his main focus of the day!!! 15/10 would recommend him and the company to anyone needing a home inspection. Can’t thank you enough for the quality of work you provided and look forward to using you again if/when I purchase another home!!!

Johnnie is fantastic! He did our home inspection this week and was amazing. Our appointment was in the morning. When we arrived he greeted us with donuts. I thought that was really sweet. He was extremely professional and thorough. He explained everything in detail to us and answered all of our questions. On top of all that he had our report finished and to us in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend Keystone Home Inspections and will use Johnnie for any future needs!

Johnnie was extremely professional and courteous. When we arrived at our home inspection, he was already there working. Johnnie was great! He was very thorough and answered all of our questions. He was very patient when things took longer then expected with the seller of the home. I would definitely reccomend him for any of your inspection needs! We will definitely use him again for any inspections we need!
