We have one of the best managers and management companies since my families involvement in Vista Gardens. Which started in the early 80s. I’m a second generation owner and have seen a lot of managers in Vista Gardens and if it wasn’t for Cheryl Hall we probably would’ve had several more managers dealing with a hard community that you can only please fifty percent of the residents at a time. Cheryl Hall has gone above expectations and somehow has stuck it out. As always thank you Cheryl Hall for all you have put up with and done for Vista Gardens

Locally run property manager that handles a variety of different product types. They have done a nice job running the office park west Vero for multiple years. Finances and paperwork all get handled properly and efficiently. They recently moved to a nice large building which is superior to the old location. They’ve always seemed to be looking out for the best interest of the property and they don’t hide from difficult issues.

Manchester Lakes Community in West Melbourne. These people are money hungry and lazy. All they do is hand out violations looking for money! When you email them, you can’t even get a response. There is nothing in this community that they upkeep. It’s like I am paying this HOA annually for them to give me violations. I can’t wait to move out of this community. Horrible service!

They keep sending me an assessment bill for property owners. I have never owned there and have notified them each time, often, they send me the bill! They will not respond and I am fed up. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!!
