after request to meet with manger to address mold issues that ate through the ceiling and patio flooding, wrote two work orders. 1st closed with no action and no return call on getting appt to talk. 30 days later wrote 2nd work order request and documented pictures of mold and source. Maintenance is great up to what the management will allow them to do. Beware if you have any health issues.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The place is not even updated the AC kept going out during the summer, when maintenance would come to fix it they would say that the buildings were old and that the heat that was coming in was a roofing problem, I had made a total of about 7 reports which is unbelievable. Save yourself from this place and rent somewhere else!

I had been living at the Keystone Apartments for just over 1 year. I had the pleasure of meeting 3 of your Leasing Agents during my stay there. But "Miss Sally" has been my most pleasurable woman to have met there because I've come to know her through her hard work and dedication to the complex. During my short time of knowing her, I have experienced and observed Miss Sally doing what most Leasing Agents or Manager's don't do these days. Speaking to my fellow neighbors at the time, I know she is loved and respected throughout this community because she is friendly, approachable, always smiling and greeting everyone. She always carries herself at a professional level but still shows she cares for the property and community at a personal level. She never has to be reminded twice of what was

Property is well kept. Residents are respectful and to themselves. Our particular unit was last minute made ready and it shows and still unresolved promises. Overall is above satisfactory.
