Keys at Cotee River

This place is cozy, quaint and tucked away. The units are well build and NEW! It's like living in a small Florida Keys neighborhood! The front porch and private covered lanai (no back neighbors) is very special. Having a two car driveway is a plus. I am impressed with the front office, maintenance crew, landscapers and most of all my neighbors; it's a winner!

Well maintained property, quaint and quiet. Construction could be better but not a deal breaker especially for the price! is not the price. I would definitely recommend The Keys. Jennifer was exceptional!!!

We recently moved into these beautiful villas. We are close to downtown and really any shopping we need to do. The open concept and high ceilings make the villa feel spacious. Pamela was super helpful and made sure our home was ready for us. Since we were new to the area, she answered all our questions with patience and kindness. We really enjoy living here already! I highly recommend you give Keys at Cotee River a try!

We can not wait to move into our beautiful home!! Also Pamela is so friendly!! UPDATE!! 8/05/2025:: So we have moved in and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! Tori the front office manager is super nice!!! Any time I have question she is quick to respond. This place is worth it!!!

Don't let these fake reviews fool you!! They stole almost $200 from me, waited over two weeks to get my money returned to me all for them to turn around and say, "oh we're sorry, we dont know how to refund your money so its non refundable "! Place is a scam!! And everyone will know it!! Absolutely ridiculous I was nothing but nice to the front desk lady even though no one told me I paid an extra 150 dollars that I wasn't supposed to pay!!
