Arbor Villa

Don't even waste your time. They say they will process your application but after 2.konths they ask me to resubmit everything because no one in the office is competent enough to do the job so they collect all your information then let it sit on their desk. You never get to speak to anyone, no one responds to emails, phone calls or texts. You have to physically go to the office and hope someone is there that has a clue as to what's actually going on. Don't count on getting to see an apartment. They're just collecting $$$ and applications.

Warning!! Stay away save your money. Honestly they wouldn’t even get a 1⭐️ if I didn’t have to put it. I had a bad experience with the girl in the office Abby. I walked in to inquire on the apartments she took all our information no problem. She also told us there were available apartments and didn’t mention anything about a wait list. She asked us to fill out an application but before we spent the money on it we wanted to see an apartment. Abby told us she had to do walk thought first and she would call me once she did that. Guess what that never happened. I received a text with a link to the application. I called the office to see about the walk through had to be a week and half later and she tells me she still has to do it. I figured ok they want the app so we both filled it out resubm

When I think of a “hidden gem” community, Arbor Villa apartments instantly comes to mind. I wanted to raise my daughter somewhere safe, quiet, and affordable. I’ve been living here for over 4 years now and have always appreciated how calm and friendly our community is. I would like to thank the Arbor Villa staff and Karlina the manager for everything they’ve been doing for our small hidden gem community. This team has displayed outstanding communication, everyone is exceptionally neighborly and helpful any time I’ve needed maintenance or had a question. I don’t write reviews often but really wanted to share how awesome this place is. If you’re a young person looking to start your life with your growing family this is the place to be.

I am a resident of the Arbor Villas and living here for 6 years and I do have to say our Property Manager Karlina Griffith has made a Tremendous difference in keeping the Property clean. She is very informative and goes above and beyond to help the tenants with what she is allowed to by Property Standards. She is very kind, caring and Professional and very much liked by the tenants. There should be more people in this world like her with a great personality. This Apartment complex has a pool and the property is really quite.

I'm a new tenant. I waited to come in for 21/2 years, I have experience changes of management and Ms.Karlina Griffith manager of arbor villa apartment, knows how to take care of this apartment and fallow the list of who is next for this apartment and very professional, kind, cares for her tenants I'm so please to say. Thank you for the blessing to have a home for me and my granddaughters. I'm enjoying my new home. Thank you.
