Market tanked for us in November. Delays in finishing our flip were exasperated by the Holidays, Government shutdowns and just bad luck. We reached out to KeyRenter and they immediately had us an evaluation and plan for marketing our place for rental. For the same reason, it was slow with people not wanting to move/commit over the Holidays. As soon as those passed, they had prospects coming in regularly.
