The Keyrenter team did a great job finding a tenant at the right price for my property. I can highly recommend them as a residential management company. Stephanie and Corrina are also great communicators during the process. Great job to you both.

If you enjoy excessive fees and unnecessary hurdles just to secure a rental, Keyrenter Premiere won’t disappoint. Beyond the $65 application fee, renters are required to pay an additional $50 for insurance and HVAC filter programs. Pet owners face yet another mandatory cost: a $30 monthly third-party subscription to track and verify pets through an unfamiliar system that offers little clarity or value. Within minutes of being confronted with these charges, attempts to receive assistance or a refund went nowhere, and the hoops only continued to increase. No phone call was made, and all communication abruptly ceased. Thank you, Keyrenter.

Working with Keyrenter has been such a breath of fresh air! From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and super easy. The amount of automation Keyrenter has deployed makes everything seamless...from application through move in and beyond. I'm grateful they've put tools in place that make tenant support and communication quick and fruitful. Kenan has been a stellar contact from day one! He's a top-notch communicator and all around great person to work with. I love my new place and expect the rest of my time here will meet or exceed my current experience with Keyrenter based on how great they've been so far!

Avoid this company if you're someone looking for a rental. They claim they charge $65 to apply for a rental, then make you jump through a ridiculous application process and take your $65, and ONLY THEN do you find out that you also need to sign up for an additional $30-per-year "PetScreening" service in order to "complete" your application - EVEN IF YOU HAVE NO ANIMALS, OR ONLY HAVE SERVICE ANIMALS. Unethical business practices at best, and illegal at worst. Have requested a refund and will be doing a chargeback through my CC if its refused.

Our experience with Keyrenter Premier has been fantastic. Corinna was beyond helpful with our move in process, willing to help us at the apartment within 15 minutes on a holiday weekend. She had been very responsive with all of our communication ahead of time and helped us out of a bind. It's hard to find a property manager that has the servicing ability of Keyrenter, they are top notch and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to rent here in the Phoenix area.
