We chose this property management company because we made it very clear from the beginning that we needed to rent our house as quickly as possible. We are a military family, and timing is extremely important for us. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. It took 15 days just to take photos and list the property on the website. Because we were in such a rush, I even sent my own photos to try to speed up the process. Additionally, we referred three potential tenants who were seriously interested in renting the house.
