She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and always quick to answer any questions I had. She made everything so much easier and less stressful. We rented from Keyrenter for nearly three years. We could not have asked for a better company. Danielle Jurado has been responsive since the moment we first showed interest in the home, all the way through the move out process. We only requested maintenance a few times, but with each instance we had someone resolving the issue within 24 hours. We were able to purchase a home, but had we not we would have continued our relationship with Keyrenter. We highly recommend Keyrenter to all friends and family that are searching for a rental home.

There were roaches and rats in my unit . My central air heater rarely turned off once it was on . Which made my electric bill over 200 dollars. I didn't find out about the Keyrenter website until whenever I had to leave the property. But despite all of that Mr. Verner was a great landlord to work with.

This company kicked everyone out of our building with less than 30 days notice. Rather than respond to emails, they sent a law firm to tape backdated letters to our doors, granting 27 days notice rather than 30. This happened in just in time for the holidays. They kicked us out in November and charged me for December, which I discovered on November 30. It has been 10 days and they are still holding my money. These unethical December charges could have prevented the move. I could be camping in my packed up apartment waiting for them to return my money so I could leave, BUT this future would mean I owe for continuing to occupy the apartment and would have mad me subject to their legal threats.
