I recently rented. No problems at all. The staff have been very courteous. Just having problems with the tenant portal to pay rent. But I'm sure it's an easy fix, I'm not tech savy.

Guy text me unsolicited then harassed me about my house price. I laughed. Why would I ever call him? I had no intentions of selling my house nor have had any dealings with him so he legally was not allowed to contact me and I threatened to report him to the board of realtors Again

Definitely wouldn't deal with them again. I had complained and complained about squirrels clawing through the ceiling in one of my kids room. To the point you can see the claws come through. Had to just close the room off, problem never resolved, put notice in, cleaned the house completely but forgot to wipe off freaking ceiling fan dust. They never gave deposit back talking about they had to pay a crew to do it. But from many people thereafter that are bad with returning deposits. Glad Im a homeowner now.

I would not recommend working with Yolanda Dove when seeking help with rental properties my experience was not positive and I found her services lacking in professionalism and responsibilities. There are better options out there for someone needing assistance with finding a rental.

100% definitely recommend Key Realty! Mariana is awesome and never stopped working to make sure everything was perfect for us and did whatever it took to get us in our dream home. We love Key Realty and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new home!
