Overall, the experience trying to apply for a house with them was ok but I have seen better. Their company wouldn’t approve me because the house I am in now let them know my rent was late a couple of times and they sure did take that and run with it. They didn’t even reach out to any of my previous landlord before I came to the house I am now. However, I have never been evicted in my life but to say someone cannot get approved for a house because you were late a few times but made sure it was paid is beyond ridiculous. At this point they just want to keep your money for the application fee which by the way is $75 per adult.

We are close to being a 3 year resident with Key Realty. We have a beautiful home and they take excellent care of the home and property. Their maintenance team is prompt, professional and communicated with us about their arrival time, they repaired our appliance and was so friendly throughout the visit. This was perfect choice to downsizing.

We lease our home from Key Realty and Property Management for over six years now. There maintenance staff is friendly, courteous and on time every time. Great service!

Very disappointed. This company has a property for sale. Called and left a message several times. The agent answered that she was on vacation and asked me to provide my information so that someone from the office could contact me, but it never happened. Text agent again and told her I would wait until she comes back to work. It's a week and no contact. I feel sorry for the owner of the house who hired them and the company doesn't care about their clients.

It is unbelievable how much of my deposit they kept for a house that was left in the same, if not better condition than it was upon move-in. This house was barely occupied, due to frequent work travel. They charged for things that were not an issue or broken. If the bathroom needed caulked, why wasn’t it done before I moved in? Repairing a doorbell? Really? I honestly didn’t even know I had one. The doorbell is an electrical issue. How does that responsibility fall to me? The bathtub is separate from the shower. Literally never used, yet charged for drain repair. This house was left in immaculate condition. Very disappointing they felt the need to grift me out of over $800.
