Great business, courteous, friendly and they go the extra mile. My husband and I were moving here from Florida and needed a house to rent. My disabled parents live with me, so it couldn't be just any house ( no stairs, etc). Sue was AMAZING,very patient and kind and found the perfect rental for us. She is also one of the most understanding and caring landlords we have ever rented from.

Very unprofessional owner Sue Laurence. Refuses to follow Virginia code for returning security deposits even when tenant does everything they are outlined in the leasing agreement to do. Requested move out inspections not done but kept part of security deposit with bogus reason. I would not recommend and would stay clear of this unprofessional person.

Sue and Anthony are AWESOME! They care about their clients and will be straight forward with you. Highly recommend!!

Watch out for stalking behavior from this agency and their associated companies if you're a seller. That plus more was my experience and it was awful.

Great friendly staff. Lots of rental and sale options available here. A beautiful thoughtful gift shop here also on the Downtown Strip.
