Key Management has been caring for my rental properties for the past 8 years. They have been reliable and professional and I would recommend them to anyone that had rental property. Eight years ago I became a first time rental property owner. I was inexperienced and had no clue how I was going to make it work. At that time a co-worker of mine was renting a house that was managed by Key Management and she was very happy with her experience as a tenant. Several times she had mentioned that the property manager was "great" and that they quickly addressed any of her concerns. I have been without a heater for almost 7 days now and they still haven't given a date to give us a heater. It's horrible and ridiculous. The continued ridiculousness of this company never ended. They charged us for a clean up of trees, after a storm occurred, when we had already moved out! Then, things we new needed to be fixed, we got charged for out of our security deposit. It was supposed to be covered under the lease. Bad company!! The owner was legit. This company will rip you off.

My experience with Key was very, very positive! Alison always took great care of me and my property. I'm an empty nester who couldn't afford to sell my house in the current market. They were very quick to respond to correspondence and tenant repair requests and explained thoroughly to me and to my tenants the terms of our lease agreement. They all have behaved ethically and professionally during the entire course of our business relationship. I can recommend them with complete confidence!

Unfortunately did not think to read these reviews until after signing the lease. House was turned over to us with grass in the yard mostly dead along with the scattered plants/trees. I made sure to run the sprinkler system for an hour everyday. We did a very in depth move in report on the interior/exterior of the house with lots of pictures, but come time to receive our security deposit back, they dinged us ~$1k for yard work and to over seed. Almost as if they knew they were going to steal from us so they looked at our report and found the one area we didn't think to document. I drove by the house 3+ weeks after moving out and the yard looks exactly the same. We also had the house spotless on move out and they charged $100 for a "lite cleaning". This is the most miserable place I have ever done business with. I rented a house through them for 8 years and the front of house staff made sure it was an uncomfortable, anxiety-filled experience every time. Are you considering stopping by? You'll have as much fun as going to the dentist for a cleaning and getting a surprise root canal! At least you can always look forward to either Aunt Sponge or Aunt Spiker greeting you, with all the charm you'd find in that ham sandwich that you forgot in your lunchbox a week ago.
