In my personal opinion, I did not have a pleasant experience working with Kevin White, and I feel compelled to share my observations in hopes that it may help others make an informed decision. From the outset, I found his demeanor to be unexpectedly dismissive and, frankly, unprofessional. When I asked what I believed to be standard, reasonable questions — the kind of questions anyone might ask before making serious real estate decisions — he seemed irritated, evasive, and entirely unwilling to provide clear answers. I wish there were more than 5 stars to rate Kevin White as a realtor. He deserves at LEAST 10! Several months ago my children and I were faced with the heartbreaking decision to sell our family home after the untimely death of their father. Losing a loved one was hard enough but having to release our beautiful home, filled with love and great memories, only magnified our grief. Well I must say I rarely do this but I thought in this particular case it was fitting way to thank Kevin for making my wife's and I home buying experience absolutley awesome. We sold a house and bought a house with Kevin leading the way. I'm telling you that we couldn't have met a better realtor. Kevin was magical at every speed bump we faced but at the end of the day we couldn't have been happier! I sincerely hope that this review helps people in making there decision to hire a realtor. I met Kevin just over two years ago when I was looking into working with realtors in the DC area around real estate investment.
