Kerrwood Manor Apartments

Hi, Everyone If you’re looking for a new place to call home or a confirmation. Here’s my (1/2) review based on my experience. Ever since Leo (the property manager) assisted me with such incredible service moving in. I could not have asked for a better, nice, smooth transition. I mean, every single time I need something to be looked at or repaired, I get immediate help with notifications and such. I’ve been living here for over a year now and it has been frankly, one of the best experiences in living at an apartment so far. I am pleased with how quiet and safe is in our complex community. Friendly neighbors. Great communication from staff as well. All is appreciated indeed. Thanks!

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for our apartment manager, Leo. She’s incredibly helpful and always easy to get a hold of whenever I have questions or concerns. What I appreciate most is how quickly Leo responds to maintenance requests. It makes a huge difference knowing that things will be taken care of promptly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Hello folks, I just wanted to write a review here at Kerrwoods apartment. I've been here about 5 months now and I can say that it's been good experience living here.There is assigned parking, a swimming pool, laundry and over all a clean place. Everyone is very respectful to one another and Leo our manager has been an exceptional help whenever we have issues with our apartment. I recommend to those looking for a place to stay, to check this place out. You will not be disappointed.

I normally don't write reviews, but it's my one year anniversary at Kerrwood Manor Apartments, and i thought I'd write one for those who might be interested in checking this place out. My experience here has been completely AMAZING! Complex is clean, calm, and well maintained. Me and my 6 year old daughter absolutely love it here! Swimming pool, onsite laundry, SUPER spacious apartment, gated parking with plenty of street parking. Property manager, Leo, is absolutely amazing as well. She's always accessible, quick to respond, and professional.

This property is wonderful. It has a swimming pool, 2 very large parks nearby that has trails, hosts events, pickleball, and much more. It is also next to a friendly neighborhood to walk your pet. Yes, they are pet-friendly! Leo is a very attentive and welcoming property manager who knows everyone by name and there’s a monthly newsletter that gets sent out that is very community-driven and engaging - especially during the holidays!
