If you want to work with ex tweakers, ex felons & be taken advantage of then this is the place for you. Not only do they pay you dirt cheap but if your a temp they'll cross train you every where and the second you ask for a raise they'll hire your replacement and let you go. Why? Because its an at will company. The work experience of this place was a nightmare. They dont value hard work and experience. This is a multi million dollar company that doesnt care or respect there employees and pay them insulting wages. The management is critically screwed up, theres no structure at all. For future temps looking to work here, my word of advice is DON'T. There are other companies that will pay you what your worth if you get hired on its just a dollar raise anyway. Theres welders hired on making $1
