We met Kera at an Open House. We weren't seriously shopping, but after meeting Kera, we asked her to help us look. The very next day, she arranged for us to see all 3 houses on our short list, and by the end of the following day we had an offer in on a house! Working with Kera was amazing. She helped us sell our home as well as purchase a new home. She was super responsive. The market is insane right now and Kera worked super hard to get us into showings and get offers in. She also had the perfect, most patient, buyer for our home. She was proactive every step of the way and helped us close on the home when our lender was being extremely frustrating. Kera made the whole buying and selling process a breeze! She was just excited as us to see new houses and find the one that worked best for our family. I’m not sure there are enough words to accurately describe the experience we had with Kera. We were referred to Kera by friends who had used her for the sale of their house. Kera was so friendly and so professional with us. She was attentive to our wishes and was timely in her responses to any questions we had throughout the process. Our home listed and we had upwards of 25-30 showings in the first 6 days, with multiple offers placed. Right from the beginning my wife and I were very happy with how attentative and prompt Kera was about responding to us, giving us insights on newly listed homes, and feedback. As a young couple looking for a first time home we were able to relate to Kera. We had multiple showings scheudle through weekends, many of which our offer wasn't accepted, but she stayed on top of things and finally helped us find our first home.
