They might be good to their peoria properties but they are terrible when It come to the property they have in davenport. Starting when I first moved in I had to get the city involved to get repairs completed. The house I lived in was already infested with rodents that they knew of and tried to say they took care of but I moved in to the place not cleaned at all and trashy. I decided after 2 years it was time to move. To get me to stay my main issue was the mouse infestation in that house that absolutely nothing would kill. They agreed to get pest taken care of of yet Orkin only came once and when I kept asking about it got ignored so i decided to vacate the premises without a 30 days notice extremely unsanitary no matter how much I sanitized for my kids and I. Woke up feeling sick EVERY MO
