Keoway Village Apartments

Amy is a great property manager. she works well with tenants when we need assistance/help and is very quick to reply to questions or a need for maintenance. Our maintenance man Ben is quick and respectful of our apartments and makes sure to leave a signed note if he did work when you aren’t at home. wonderful place to live!! quiet and welcoming

The property manager Amy has always went above & beyond her job title & responsibilities to make sure tenants are happy & satisfied! The has made so many imp over the years that I have been here & has picked up the slack & unfinished work the previous property manager left behind. Me & my family enjoy Keoway Village.

The pricing is great. The management is really on top of stuff. And it's a nice location. Well maintained and clean. Amy is also a very friendly property manager and easy to talk to and work with on any issues. Quick response times and very helpful.

The apartments are old, but still very comfortable and very child friendly. We have an upstairs apartment so it is not as cool as a downstairs apt. The apartments are very spacious and the kitchen has lots of cabinets. I have talked with a lot of the residents who tell me they really like living here. There are a lot of residents who have lived here for several years. That, to me, is a good sign.

Would not recommend to anyone. The landlord is incapable of doing their job properly. Not easy to get in contact with, Even when actually on the property. The ONE maintenance man for the property is frequently out of town, and also hard to get in contact with. Which makes emergency situations take days or longer to even be looked into let alone fixed properly. Complaints get swept under the rug. Nothing is ever done. It is not a child friendly environment! Children cannot play outside without being yelled at, or complained about. They are very old buildings with equily as old electrical work, paint, insulation, and air conditioning/heating units. Units inadequate to properly heat or cool larger apartments. Pest control must be requested monthly, and further reminded about frequently.
