If I could give 0 stars, I would…. Before I start, this is directed towards Kent Management, specifically “Mary”. After being a respectful tenant for 16 years and consistently paying rent on time, I was appalled by how Mary handled the return of my security deposit. They withheld half of my deposit for reasons that are beyond unreasonable. First, they charged for carpet cleaning on carpets that hadn’t been replaced in over two decades—well beyond their lifespan. With a cleaning crew once, sometimes every other week, even that was not enough to properly treat old carpet that needed to be changed. We were one of the few remaining out dated units in the complex, and the hard wood flooring they installed in all the new units were inevitable. While we kindly requested updates to our unit for

This company should loose there real-estate license in NJ and loose there ability to rent apartments. Recently a local church representative asked me help find an apartment for 2 women, a mother and daughter. The mother was severely set back from suffering 2 strokes and her daughter was also disable , but able to drive and care for her mother. Both of them had bad credit as a result of there unfortunate circumstances, however they did recieve a pension and social security benefits. The church appointed an individual to help them find an apartment. This individual was an older women who was financially secure , with A + FINACIALS and had an 800+ credit score. She was assisting the 2 women, by being a 100% gurentor and gave the 2 women monthly financial support as well. I was so impressed,

(This review is for the Brentwood Manor complex in Cresskill) PROS: This apartment complex is arguably the best complex in the area! They keep everything up and running by always doing yearly checks on all the large kitchen appliances and interior machinery like washing machines, HVAC units, boiler room mechanics, and electricity components. Anytime someone moves out they innovate the place by replacing wallpaper, the carpet and much more. Their prices are well affordable and the people living there are nice and not a problem CONS: If you're up in your years this won't be a con but if you are a millennial I hope you don't mind living with baby boomers. This apartment complex is more of a retirement complex where the majority of the people here are 65+ in age. No gym, pool, are lounge are
