Stonegarth Apartments

Stonegarth Apartment complex is very beautiful, they are constantly doing maintenance. cutting grass, planting plants, cutting trees. it's always pretty. Walking to the parking lot in the morning is definitely something gratifying where it inspires me to thank God for the joy of living in this place. But what I like most about living in these apartments is the good service of Tom the super, he is kind and helpful. He does things very carefully and promptly. When I have needed his services, he is very fast and efficient. Even on weekends when we are not supposed to call him, he is available to solve problems like the day I did not have my keys with me to enter my apartment. it was very useful. definitely very grateful for your services.

My apartment is my sanctuary, for the past 17 yrs. I absolutely love the serene environment, the prettiness of the property , the charm of the apartment and the location is superb . Everything and anything you might need is conveniently at reach . Rick, the manager , has always responded quickly and thoughtfully to any question or issue that may have popped up . Most importantly our Super, Tom, is easy to get along with , friendly , and trustworthy. Having him around allows me to feel safe and secure knowing that he’s on top of things( if anything should go wrong). He’s very conscientious about any work he may need to do in the apartment and gets it done as soon as he’s available, or needs to hire a professional .

Before I moved to Stonegarth in Tenafly I looked at several apartment complexes in area. After seeing the apartment and meeting Tom, my husband and I knew this was the place for us. The property is well maintained and Tom does a wonderful job. He is very approachable and never makes you feel you are bothering him. He always responds to any request you may have. We are very lucky to have him as our superintendent.

The apartments are beautifully renovated and very well kept. The super, Tom, is awesome! He is very quick to respond whenever we need any maintenance done with the apartment. Also, the neighbors are all very friendly and this is a great place to live.

Nice apartment complex near the buss stop and great location overall with beautiful landscaping . Tom is a very helpful and attentive super who was even able to move my car in the back parking lot because I forgot about moving it when they were suppose to cut the trees. Tom is also great with the kids in the building, friendly and very helpful. The apartment complex has a certain charm to it that will be hard to find somewhere else .
