I do not recommend moving here due to ongoing and significant noise issues. Since a neighbor with a dog moved in about 1.5 years ago, it has been extremely difficult to rest or enjoy my apartment because of frequent barking noise. The dog appears highly reactive and often barks when it sees birds, cats, or people outside the window. The barking happens repeatedly from late morning through early evening, including weekends, and it often continues for long periods in short repeated episodes. In addition to barking, there is frequent indoor running/footstep noise, and it often sounds like the dog and the resident are running or playing inside the unit. Because this is an older building with hard flooring, sound transfers very easily between units. I have reported this issue multiple times,

I had a good experience for the 3 years I lived here. The front office was always quick to respond and maintenance was helpful as well (usually resolved within a few days or the same week). They installed a washer/dryer while I was there which helped a lot in terms of convenience. Kitchen is small but that's the norm with apartments in the area. The main room (for the one bedroom) is pretty large and awkward but it's good in terms of flexibility. Noise was okay too given that Avent Ferry is close by, but I was further in. The buildings by the road probably have a different experience. In terms of roaches I would say it was about average. I saw them maybe every month or so during the warm months, and they were the outdoor variety so they weren't nesting or anything (the German ones are th

Save yourself and don't sign here. You won't have a single day of rest if you just happen to be under heavy footed neighbors. Floors have near zero padding. You'll be paying over $1000 for an apartment that doesn't offer any peace. I write this as I'm listening to constant foot stomping and vibrations above me (at all hours in day and night.) Oh, you'll also get a healthy dose of frequent furniture moving. Management will tell you this is all normal.

I lived at Kensington Park Apartments for two years and REALLY regret moving. I lived in a large, one bedroom apartment. The speed of maintenance requests, the friendliness of the maintenance staff, the fair pricing and the renovations outweighed any minor complaint I had during my stay. I also appreciate how honest they are about security deposits. In my previous experience renting complexes would always try to find any reason to keep part of my security deposit no matter how spotless the place was when I left. At Kensington Park, I received my whole security deposit back. These are the biggest reasons why my stay here deserves a 5 star review! As far as other reviews go, there are trees around and a little creek that runs near the complex, you’re gonna see some bugs yes, but coming from

Edit: I'm moving into my second property with Trinity, and they are still beyond great, especially Sam! Quick with maintenance and super responsive to any issues we have. Super spacious apartments with huge windows, and great prices! Live here!!!! While I have not moved into my possible new apartment yet, I really have to write this review for the front office. They have helped me by bending over backwards to help me get approved, answering all my annoying questions an emails! I had a couple nicks on my credit report- nothing major, but most big complex companies would have just shoed me away. Sam took the time to listen to my circumstances and really understand my life/rental history. What a team, especially Sam! Also the PRICES! In this economy it is nice to see one bedroom under 1k! We
