Update: The problem was swiftly handled. Upper management has strong intentions on turning the tide with this property. In due time this will be a great place to lease! Original: Don’t waist your time. Renovations are a ways away from being done and the property management is terribly unorganized. After waiting a month, I drove 2 1/2 hours to pick up my rental deposit (which I called to confirm was there a day before) they informed me once I arrived to the property that the check has not arrived yet.

DO NOT even call, Please Take my advise, Worst place to move… They are about to be Condemned by the City of Montgomery, Stay away do not give them your money. Call Montgomery Housing inspector Bryan Symore, he will explain. the Landlord is in with the owner and will not fix anything. The apartments leak, Have no A/C or heat, and my apartment has no hot water. THEY WILL NOT FIX ANYTHING..

i went through the application process I was charged $45 for the application and a $100 deposit that also was required before turning in my application. I got approved the previous week, the week after I had to put down the rest of my deposit money. I went up there to give them the direct deposit and nobody was there. I was told by the people that was remodeling that the manager quit last week. I’ve been trying to contact someone to get my deposit back and nobody has responded. I have even went as far as contacting the owners of the apartment last and they have not yet contacted me back and it’s going on a month now since this has happened

Move in process was way easier than expected. Went into the office and met with a Miss Joyce who showed me my apartment and told me about the upcoming changes in the neighborhood and I must say I’m looking forward to that. Upon making it back to the office I found out that Miss Joyce was actually the manager. Got my keys the following week as promised. Great customer service, prompt responses.

WARNING BEFORE DESTRUCTION::: SAVE YOUR MONEY AND MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE. They will not fix anything, Sewage problems, leaking roofs, no heat or A/C.. And definitely no Hot water in most units
