I was scammed, I’m paying $600dollars more per month than my last apartment, I’m receiving $600dollars less in service. 3 “workers” will roam the property on a golf cart pretending to do stuff.. This apartment/complex has gone through 5-6 office staff/managers in a few months. Nobody knows what’s going on. The Gate never works, just stays open inviting anyone in. The pool was closed for 3months during summer. I could go on.

First and foremost if you’d like to be promised a promotional offer, have all your paperwork mishandled from the get go, be charged without warning or as much as a call, get an eviction notice due to their lack of care with the paperwork, be gaslight by the main office or not given an apology by the management until you go out of your way to contact finance and the community complaint number and essentially do their job for them don’t live here. Called last week because I was charged like $2300 in FEES that dont apply to me. They told me they would solve it and they never did. Tried to call yesterday and nobody answer and I called today and the woman that answer hung up on me and then nobody answered the phone again.

Poor Management and Gaslighting. I am a current and three year resident of Kenisington. I moved in during Covid May 24, 2020. I am a model and loyal tenant. I obey the rules and respect my neighbors and most importantly pay my rent on time. There are pros and cons to the complex. The pros are: prime location and it is quite. The cons are: lack of communication, poor management/corporate office, the apartments are outdated, major foundation issues and the amenties are a joke. Overall, this apartment complex does not care about their tenants and their living conditions. It is just a money game and tenants are disposable to them.
