Yes weed is legal….. but does that mean you constantly blow it in your neighbors apartment people that smoke that stuff are garbage with absolutely no consideration for other people then themselves! This place was the worst! Hallway smells like garbage! I saw roaches ( lol not the kind you smoke ) When it was still illegal I’d complain but they don’t care if that’s the kind of clientele you want there good luck! That is the most hood apartment complex I’ve ever lived in!

No recommendations from me. I’ve lived here 3 years, first two were great, management was nice, never had any problems. The past year, I’ve been harassed by a neighbor below me, I had the cops at my door 14 times since July of last year. Every time they came, always told me there’s no cause of complaint, half the time, they were waking me up out of my sleep. I continuously told management & corporate about this issue, & it took them until about 3 weeks ago to solve it. In the past 4 months, I had my own car, plus my boyfriends car towed out of the parking lot, since they only have a tiny strip of 24 hour visitor parking spaces, that people can keep their broken down cars parked there for months, or a dirt bike chained to the utility pole in a visitor spot for 6 months.. nobody who actuall

I currently live here and I am counting down the seconds til I can move. In all honesty I feel so sorry for the lady the runs the leasing office because she is so nice. The company that owns this place must pay her very very well for her to stay in this dump. The police are ALWAYS here looking for someone(s). I stopped bringing my niece over because atleast once a week the police are trying to get into a building, or are questioning people. The security door on my building breaks about once a month and every time it takes them 2 weeks to fix it. So anyone can just walk right in whenever they wanted. There are cops here almost every other day. Fights break out in the parking lot over towing. The washing machines and dryers back up quite a bit and when the plumbing backs up, say goodbye to your bathroom sink because it'll be filled with water. Hope you love a high electric bill too because during winter you have to use the heat setting on your AC to warm your apartment and during the summer you have to use your AC because you have no control over your "thermostat". Not just that, you'll have to worry about your car getting screwed with in the parking lot or a drunk guy falling on your hood in the middle of the night but don't worry, you won't find out unless you spend money on a dash cam because the only cameras they have here are in the very front when you pull in and in front of the d

The leasing manager is nice, but that's the only nice thing about this place. The kitchens are so small. If you have kids, this isn't the place for you. There's no place for them to play and there's barely enough room in the apartment for them to play. And if you like seeing the police here every other day and hearing people's music almost every hour, this is definitely the place for you. Also, there is no AC. There's a wall unit in the living room that's probably as old as the buildings that barely keeps the living room a tolerable temperature when it's 90+ degrees outside. Please listen to all the reviews and save your money for somewhere else.
