Great Northern Village Apartments

Sadly I didn't end up signing the lease, but I wanted to leave a review about the application process! It was very easy and working with Amanda was wonderful. She was super helpful and patient with me, and was able to answer all of my questions. Joanna was very nice as well. The apartments themselves were very nice for the price and looked well-maintained.

I have been living here for 2 years. The complex is quiet and very friendly. Amanda is an excellent manager is is always right on top of helping me out. Whether I locked myself out or have a slow drain, they take care of issues immediately. Highly recommend living here

Highly recommend Great Northern Village Apartments. I have lived here for over two years and my experience living here has been wonderful! Amanda and Ovi are very friendly and do an amazing job taking care of the apartment complex.

It has been an easy and peaceful three years while we lived here. Amanda and Otto are very kind people and very welcoming. We had the privacy we needed and if there were any issues they were very quick to respond and resolve the issues. If we’re looking to rent again in the future we will be coming back

Have lived here for 8 months. Every staff member I have worked with (Amanda, Jo, maintenance staff) have always been extremely easy and nice to work with. Whenever we have any questions or issues, we are able to get answers within minutes. My apartment is amazing, all brand new and well kept. Almost every night there is someone here to clean the apartment building itself which I love. I would recommend this apartment and any apartment owned by burton carol to anyone! I have lived in a few apartments and this has been my best experience yet!
