Zero stars if I could. Very NON caring, and I live there whether kinship likes it or not. The point is the T-E-N-A-N-T on the lease had some issues, and tanya couldn't care less. All that was done as soon as VALID complaint was lodged, tanya hurried up with her little letters of eviction. Kinship does not own said property, and we deal with the landlord now. We are NOT evicted. Lol. Kinship did not get their way. Anyone wanting to deal with this business please be cautious. Not friendly, nor gets anything done except give a word salad. Also, the maintenance guy thinks he can yell at a tenant, and did. He threatened the tenant that I'd better change this review, or else.I wasn't aware that was proper.
