Kenny and Rusty both did an incredible job with my loan, they guided me through the process, answering all my questions. They both were responsive to all of my phone calls and picked up on the first ring every time. They also worked extremely well with my realtor and insurance agent and we were able to close in record time despite obstacles.

Kenny was so unpleasant to work with. As first-time homebuyers exploring DPA programs in Greensboro, we needed someone familiar with available assistance options and willing to learn how to navigate them. Kenny was neither familiar nor willing to learn. In fact, he gave us incorrect and inconsistent information on several occasions, and spoke to me with a level of disrespect and condescension that left me absolutely floored. I wanted to share my experience with him and reached out to customer service at CCM several times but never received a call back. Kenny, the DPA assistance you so vehemently told me I was ineligible for ended up covering two thirds of our down payment. I would not recommend anyone--particularly women--to work with him. Do better!
