Kennedy's Landing Apartments

I recently moved in October 2025, and Melissa Matkins, the property manager, was so kind and listened to all the things I was looking for in an apartment. She gave me a wonderful tour and helped me coordinate my move. I had internet the first day I moved in and the apartment was beautifully clean. Jon, her associate, came by and made sure everything was working properly and gave a demonstration on how to turn on the gas fireplace. The neighbors are very friendly and it is very quiet here. The property is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants, and there is a walking park nearby. Any time I have needed maintenance service, it has happened within 24 hours and Jon has done an excellent job. Melissa and Jon are the best people I've ever had as managers. Jon is great coming over to fix things when they need done. Melissa is a great manager, is always there when I need her. I have lived here 6 years, and I am really satisfied with the apartment. My husband and I find it very secured. Even though we don't use the pool, it's nice to know it's there if we want to use it.

Melissa and Jon were so wonderful to me and still are! I am deaf and when I told Melissa that I need doorbell flasher and fire alarm flashers. They didn’t even ask me questions about it. They went ahead to order it. Very impressive! I just love Melissa. And now Jon, he is very prompt with the work order issues at my place. He is just a very nice man. I’m so glad I picked Kennedys Landing. Plenty of closet spaces. Very quiet atmosphere.

New owners are a clown show only interested in extracting money from tenants with a new fee or way to make you go through them for a service you've had for years every month. If you value being an adult that can choose what Internet you have do not rent any property from 29th Street Living/Haven. If you value maintenance issues being taken care of in less than two months time do not rent here. If you want to smell your neighbors smoking weed and hear every footstep they take then by all means rent here, but you can get that experience much cheaper anywhere else. If you want your apartment to get flooded while they're remodeling the one above you and then have management act like it's crazy that they come paint the walls they stained brown then this is the place for you.

Melissa at Kennedy’s Landing is fantastic! She’s always professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond to help residents. Whether it’s maintenance concerns or general questions, she handles everything promptly and with a smile. Truly makes living here a great experience!
