I have had the pleasure to have now done 2 homes with Mark Kendrick,. 10 years ago Mark was the framer on my Reno in Sea Pines and what a fantastic job he did, making recommendations to improve the home structurally as well as aesthetically. I knew that if I ever did another house Mark would be a part of the equation.
