Sent me a pre-approval for a rental and then ghosted me. I have sent followups every couple days for weeks now. Tried calling, texting, and messaging on zillow. If we did not qualify (we make almost 100k a year and rent was only 1200 so dont see how thats possible) it takes 10 seconds to communicate that. We were ready to move forward and pay all rent and fees immediately and were really interested in this property that would have been perfect for my family. Highly unprofessional and extremely disrespectful after spending a good amount of time filling out forms to just to be ghosted.

Kendra is the best realtor around! She helped us sell our previous home and fought so hard for us during the purchase of our current home. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate business and is thorough when it comes to helping you buy and sell. Our buying process was challenging but Kendra took the stress off us every step of the way. She was super friendly and positive. Kendra also was realistic and explained every step of each process.
