Concord Court Apartments

No communication skills whatsoever. Been waiting months for a reply back from Karen then find out today they won't give us a place because of our children. Still homeless and they don't even care. They don't even care if they break the law.

If I could give a zero star review I most definitely would. Had the property manager tell me today that we can't have a home here because they don't like our 5 and 7 year old daughter's. I advise everyone to stay away from this place at all cost

The landlord Karen is a sweet lady but she need 2 be replaced she never return ur call I told her I needed a 1br she said a lady already put a 30day notice in I called 2 check up in it 12 days later she say she needs 2 call a(guy) to see if he leaving she'd call back never did I called every morning and afternoon for 3 weeks no exaggeration and I'm still homeless

Been here for 2 yrs now. Nice and quiet. No drama. Decent neighbors. Whenever I have had a problem staff gets on it quickly. No complaints from me honestly.

9/25 New management is forcing everyone on month to month basis to implement $150 a month increases.
