My family and I helped my sister move into this apartment and were shocked at what we found. The unit was dirty, with backed-up sewage in both the tub and toilet. When we brought this to the attention of the property manager, Carlee Parsons, instead of addressing the issue professionally, she became defensive and irate, insisting it was clean when she last checked it two months ago. In my experience, competent property management always performs a walkthrough shortly before move-in, so this was a major red flag. When I calmly voiced my concern that the apartment had not been properly managed, Carlee escalated the situation by verbally attacking me in an extremely unprofessional manner. This is such a great place to live. I left and came back in three months, because I missed it so much. There is a great staff here, and they look to taking care of your needs promptly. I lived here for two years, and it was a great experience! Bobby is very friendly and accommodating, and the maintenance staff is wonderful. Any issues that came up were fixed almost immediately and did not require repeat maintenance. The apartment was clean when I moved in, and hallways and common areas were kept tidy as well. The bathroom was huge and the living space, if efficiently furnished with storage, was the perfect size for a single person. I was sad to say goodbye to this place when my living circumstances changed, as it is rare to find a clean, affordable apartment with responsive staff in Buffalo. Small, but nice studio apartments.. I lived there for a year during a transition.. Included wifi was bad, but probably because of how many tenants and devices are connected. I never heard neighbors noises, which i was surprised.. It's a solid place, I can't complain about anything.
