Fowler Apartments

Kenmore Developments helped make moving in as smooth as moving can be. The staff is attentive and cooperative, and maintenance requests are addressed lickety-split. I only moved in recently, but so far I'm liking everything. The apartment itself hasn't had any real issues, and my neighbors and location seem nice.

I had a wonderful, supported experience with KenDev Development. Maintenance responded promptly, the main office was also kind and understanding. The actual space was perfect for me and where I’m at in life, and reasonably priced for a good area. I would highly recommend the Fowler Apartments to any young adults looking for a space to thrive in!

As always, the maintenance workers were wonderful, prompt and attentive to my issue. I have been a renter for close to 40 years and I've never had the quality of service and care as I have had with KenDev. I am so glad I chose to rent from them, they've exceeded all expectations.

I sent a message for a work order for installing my air conditioners @ 3:50 AM and they were at my door to install them at 9:00 AM same day. This did not surprise me as my expierience with them is they are pronto with any issues that arise always. I`ve been here thru 3 different owners and KD development is by far the best I`ve had.....

I called for a plumbing issue snd they cane by less than an hr. The maintenance men are so courteous and kind. Tyvm I enjoyed living here for the past five years.👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
