While visiting Kenko Homes at Avenier I was totally blown away! These homes are absolutely gorgeous! I look forward to selling some more homes here and bringing more buyers to this beautiful community.

At first, Robin and the team are super nice, but once you sign the contract and enter construction, they could care less about you. Construction has been a disaster, with delays and countless DEFECTS and mistakes made on the new house we bought. We had decent expectations of this company, but it has truly been a disaster. They forced us to close on a house that still needed so much work and was completely filthy-blue tape was everywhere, indicating extensive repairs still necessary while we still livehere. THE WASHER AND DRYER THEY INSTALLED ARE PREOWNED, DIRTY, AND HAVE BEEN USED BEFORE!!! WE FOUND MOLD INSIDE OUR “NEW” APPLIANCES. They didn’t even do a light cleaning before we moved in. All the kitchen countertops, floors, and surfaces were full of dirt, dust, sand, and construction deb

I met with Robin Abrams, builder broker associate. Robin was great and answered all of our questions. Robin took her time to show us around. There was never any sales pressure. If you go to Coral Isles, ask for Robin.

NOT the builder you want if you’re looking for one that supports its community and does the right thing by its homeowners. They cut corners, are cheap, dismissive and flippant about significant concerns, and do not take responsibility when they should.

Recently visited this community and was greeted by Robin Abrams, builder broker associate. She was very pushy trying hard to pre-qualify us like we were buying a used car. She showed us around and we asked her the million dollar question, if the model were for sale how much the way it's set up? She wouldn't answer the question. Very rude people and a bad representation for a NEW offering. On top of all, all basic questions went unanswered, how do you make your largest purchase in life with assistance from under rated car salespeople. "A Real Buyer Broomed By A Poor Quality Staff"
