I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience we have had with Kelly’s Ridge Apartments. The property is very well maintained, peaceful, and located in a great area. The environment is clean, safe, and comfortable for families, which makes it a great place to live. I would especially like to thank the property management team for their professionalism and support throughout the process. In particular, Megan has been incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding. I absolutely loved living at Kelly’s ridge. I lived here for about 4 years and truly don’t have any complaints. The apartments are well constructed, you really don’t hear your neighbors much. I lived on the second floor and never heard my downstairs neighbors and only sometimes heard my upstairs neighbors, nothing too loud. Plus the area is quiet. Maintenance was also very quick the few times I needed them. The management staff is incredibly nice and friendly. They were always nothing but pleasant to deal with!

Definitely recommend to everyone! The best place we have ever rented, we had to move out of state and our family still misses the place, the apartment and our neighbors! The location is great, my son went to elementary school, which was just excellent and is only 5 min walk! community is friendly and management is professional.

If reviews actually make a difference then please heed this one. If you live on the back side of this property complex near units 33 and 32 good luck finding any form of parking. Additionally, this place apparently doesn’t care about handicap parking either because they have locations marked for handicap accessibility, but yet anyone and everyone apparently just parks there regardless of if they should. Rent at this place charges there should at least be a single dedicated parking spot for each unit. And to turn a blind eye of this is essentially nearly habitable situation. Especially for a woman. I have lived at Kelly's Ridge for just over a year now, overall the units are in good condition, the appliances are a little dated, but work just fine. The only real issues I have with the complex is the upkeep of their landscape and construction near buildings 20-26. I live in one of these buildings and there is always construction going on and they take your parking away without notice, and will even tow your car without notice and without the location of where they towed to. They talk about providing a quiet community, except they have construction on a daily basis from 7am to 6pm. Their landscaping is never kept up with, the grass is always halfway up my shin and having a dog, this is not great, as even though they are on tick preventatives, I am always picking 4-5 off daily. I have pr
