Extremely shady lender. Tried to hide thousands of dollars of origination fees in my closing costs without disclosing them, when they were caught they switched it up and their car salesman mortgage broker, Greg Lazo, switched up the numbers and hid the costs up until signing. Oh, and they also approved the loan knowing there would be a $444 loss each month as the rents are so low and the appraisal came in at $444 less than the loan payment each month. I went in knowing I might be a little in the red each month ($100-200), but not almost $500/month. Totally unethical! I lost my earnest money deposit as a result of these horrible dishonest business practices. Reporting both of these loan sharks to every agency possible!

Buyers forfeited $29,000 deposit after 5 months of escrow. "The underwriter was fired... was on vacation... is backlogged.... we changed lenders...." "My dog ate the loan docs" was the only excuse they didn't use during 5 months of hell. On and on it went, for 5 months, 2 of those waiting for an appraisal. We finally threw them out, kept buyer's deposit and resold the house, closing in 30 days. I would feel sorry for the buyers, but we tried get them to dump this broker when they bungled the appraisal.and they wouldn't. $29,000 mistake there.

Great experience from a first time home buyer going through a refinance! They were prompt to respond and gave me status updates along the way. Pretty quick turnaround time too, 33 days. Thank you, Kelly Mortgage!!

By far the worst experience I have had with a refinance. They do not get back to you. They lie about the status of your loan. I lost a purchase because of them. I've been waiting since September on a refinance and needless to say that it is now December and it still has not closed. When asked they couldn't even give me the rate or time frame. I will never recommend anyone to the company. If I could give zero stars I would. I am taking my business somewhere else and so should you. I have great credit and there is no reason this should have happened!

As the selling agent in a transaction with this lender, I recommend you find another one. The buyer and seller did everything required of them by the lender. The lender delayed 3 times and ultimately the seller decided not to agree to extend and canceled the contract after over 70+ days in escrow. Good luck getting ahold of them. Good luck with your contract term, they are not concerned with them. Maybe if this was a million dollar deal it would have went through on time, I'm not really sure why they were so bad. Do yourself a favor, listen to your Realtor, go with a local lender.
