Kelly Farms Apartments

I have been living at Kelly Farms since late August of 2019, and I love the complex! The design of each apartment is pretty and spacious. It is almost as if Chip and Joanna Gaines designed them. Before moving into this complex, I was looking for a safe place to live on my own since it was the first time that I would be living by myself, and I was also new to Missouri. So, safety was my top priority when looking for a place. That being said, I explored several complexes across the city and narrowed it down to two, the Aria and Kelly Farms. I have lived here for 3yrs, and it has been a great experience. They’re very easy to get ahold of and solve issues quickly. I had a scuff on my wall (my own fault) and they gave me paint, no questions asked. I just got move out inspection done and they aren’t charging me for anything, despite pet stains. Ive never felt they were trying to get money out of me unreasonably. Apartment is super nice and so are the workers.

Love living here! Nothing to complain about whatsoever. Great place to live, great staff, safe, well taken care, nice people and environment.

My boyfriend and I have lived in this apartment complex since May of 2021—almost four years now—and we’ve had a great experience in both a one-bedroom, one-bath (Declan) and a two-bedroom, two-bath (Teague) unit. The luxurious details throughout the apartments really make them feel more like a home than a typical apartment. We love how spacious and well-designed everything is—it’s comfortable and has a truly upscale feel. Despite being in close proximity to neighbors, it’s generally very quiet. Occasionally you’ll hear a door slam, but that’s likely due to how heavy and solid the doors are. It’s never disruptive and definitely something we can live with. The amenities are another huge perk. Beware of predatory and greedy business practices with Kelly Farms! While exploring my options for places to live in Columbia, I applied to live here. A few days after submitting my application, I found myself hesitant to continue with the application process and get on their waitlist because their email suggested that they would withhold the "reservation fee" of $225 and the "security deposit" of $400 if I decided to live elsewhere while on their waitlist. When I told them that I was hesitant to continue, they told me that unfortunately, because it's been more than 3 days (72 hours) already since I submitted my application, both the reservation fee and the security deposit were already forfeited: I would not be getting them back.
