Here is an example of a house that is maintained by Kelly & Eccleston. This is what you can expect from their team when it comes to response, you can tell by the overgrown weeds and lack of care shown in the pictures I added.

Reviewing as a property owner: Avoid Kelly & Eccleston when choosing a property manager. They have extremely poor and unclear communication, do not understand or follow their own agreements, and change staff so much you will never know who is actually managing your property. I will not leave a long review, although I could. I was with them for years due to long-term tenants in place and am now glad to be finished with them.

This management company has been very disappointing. They are not responsive to either emails or phone calls. We have had multiple issues with our security fence, which usually take weeks to resolve.

This company is completely useless. Very expensive HOA fees (increased regularly) and not professional people if you have any requests. Female receptionist's customer service ability = ZERO. If you can avoid doing business with Kelly Management I highly suggest it.

Sierra Vista apartments is under their management I used Kelly and ecclestion management website they didn't share my information with them. They need to do better and they break California laws when it comes to renews of leases laws no 30 day notice before it's up
